Where do you ship to?
Anywhere in Australia, free of charge. We don't currently ship internationally.
How long does delivery take?
Most metro orders arrive in 5–10 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote can take 7–15 business days.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order, no minimum spend.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email within 1–3 business days of placing your order.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change-of-mind returns on eligible items. Faulty or damaged items are covered under Australian Consumer Law.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay — all through Shopify Payments.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed by Shopify Payments with end-to-end encryption. We never see or store your full card number.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a remedy where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
I haven't received a reply to my email — what now?
We reply within 1 business day. If it's been longer, please check your spam folder, then resend to support@gigagizmo.com.au.
