Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all Australian states and territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

Cost

Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery time

• Major metro areas: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Regional and remote areas: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to weather, public holidays or carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, contact support@gigagizmo.com.au.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it — repair, replace or refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Re-shipping costs for incorrect addresses provided by the customer may be charged.
