Returns policy

We offer a 30-day return window so you can shop with confidence.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories and manuals included.

How to start a return

  • Email support@gigagizmo.com.au with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • We'll reply with return instructions and the return address within 1 business day.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service.

Return shipping

Free shipping applies to outbound orders only — it does not include returns. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and for sending the item back via a tracked service. We do not provide pre-paid return labels for change-of-mind returns. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, GigaGizmo covers the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (subject to the policy above) and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Personal-care items where hygiene seals have been opened.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
